- Artist Statement: “If I was Born to Fly – I Would “– I had so much pleasure working with the vibrancy of the colours here. I often felt when painting this piece, what it would be like to fly, hover, dive, flutter and be free, way above the world. I read a saying once - “dare to fly, you will notice different things from above.” I do believe that sometimes if we can look at something from a different dimension, wether above or below, side way, we end up with a different perspective. In my paintings I am always turning, changing as there is always a story waiting to unfold.
